Greg Klingler

Greg Klingler is our certified physician assistant. He is the founder of the Rexburg Free Clinic. He is also a Public Health professor at BYU-Idaho. 

He has chaired or served on several departmental and university committees as well as the Medical Assistant Program Director and the Associate Dean for Curriculum in the College of Agriculture and Life Science. 

Prior to coming to BYU-Idaho, he worked as Physician Assistant at the Tri-Cities Community Health in Pasco, Washington primarily serving the medically underserved population.

Dr. Andrew Bradbury

Andrew R. Bradbury graduated from Swarthmore College with distinction in Physics and received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. He is board certified in both Family and Emergency Medicine. Dr. Bradbury’s medical experience has included private facilities, emergency rooms, hospitals, house calls, nursing homes, university health, clinical teaching, and care of servicemen and civilians during four deployments with the U.S. Army and Air Force.

Andy’s hobbies include theology, beekeeping, natural sciences, aviation medicine, outdoor youth leadership, tae kwon do, geology, and anything that reveals the beauty and symmetry of the universe. Andy has a practical Yankee temperament which developed during his childhood on a chicken farm in western Massachusetts. He and his wife Rebecca are proud parents of seven children and have an expanding circle of grandchildren.

Dr. Jeffrey Hopkin

Jeffrey Hopkin earned his MD in 1983 from Southwestern Medical School (University of Texas Health Science Center at Dallas.) He has practiced in Rexburg for 19 years and has been in solo family medicine with the Upper Valley Family Practice and Urgent Care.

Dr. Hopkin has a special interest in functional or natural medicine that includes special treatment of fatigue, insomnia, depression, hormone imbalance, infertility and gastrointestinal disorders and food allergies of all kinds.

 

Terry Anderson

Terry Anderson is a Physician Assistant and graduated from Saint Louis University in 2002.  Terry has worked in primary care, emergency and urgent care medicine. He currently works full time for BYU-Idaho at their Student Health Center.  He grew up in Colorado, but has since lived in Hermiston OR, Pocatello, and now calls Rexburg home for the last 11 years.

He enjoys spending time with his wife, Kristi (from Sugar City) and their 8 children.  When he has a spare moment, he enjoys music, reading, and outdoor sports including running, skiing, and mountain biking.

 

Carol Ladle

Carol Ladle received a bachelors in elementary education from Brigham Young University-Provo and a bachelors in nursing from Idaho State University. As well as a masters degree from Idaho State University to become a Nurse Practitioner while teaching at Brigham Young University-Idaho. For 10 years, she ran her own private practice at the Madison Women’s Clinic. She runs the STI portion of the clinic and is a Nurse Practitioner at the clinic. She provides services includes well woman exams, including pap smears and pre-martial exams, birth control, and early pregnancy counseling.

Mrs. Ladle has six children with her husband. They have served two missions together for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She loves serving her community with the Rexburg Free Clinic.

 

Dr. Andrew McAbrey

Andrew McAbrey received his associates at Ricks College, his bachelors at Utah State University, and his doctorate at Idaho State University. He has experience working at EIRMC’s outpatient rehab experience and other nursing facilities.Dr. McAbrey specializes in physical therapy, specifically outpatient work and those with chronic pain.

Dr. McAbrey is originally from Ogden Utah. He has two little girls and their family enjoys being outdoors. Some of his hobbies include gardening, backpacking, and caring for his pack of goats.

 

Amanda Kearns

I am a volunteer licensed psychologist at the Rexburg Free Clinic. I provide brief counseling and assessment services. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wake Forest University, and both a Master of Education in Educational Psychology and a doctorate of philosophy in School Psychology from Texas A&M University. I completed my postdoctoral fellowship in Autism and Neurodevelopmental Disabilities from Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital. Currently, I provide psychological services in the Counseling Center at Brigham Young University – Idaho. I'm originally from the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Area in California, but I'm happy to be living in Eastern Idaho. My hobbies include cooking (and eating) food, walking, yoga, and playing Bananagrams.

 

DR. Roy Marlowe

I received a Ph. D in Counselor Education from Florida State University and have done Post doctoral studies in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California-Los Angeles. I was a former full-time faculty member at Brigham Young University-Hawaii and California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in their Child Development and Family Relationship Departments. I then moved to Rexburg to serve in the Brigham Young University-Idaho Counseling Center, where I retired. I am a retired NCO from the Army National guard and spent eight years working overseas in various countries. I have been married for 60 years and we have nine children.

 

Shannon Haderlie

Shannon is a registered dietitian who provides nutrition education for various health conditions which include, diabetes, hypertension, celiac, etc. as well as for weight maintenance. Her education includes a BS in Dietetics and a MS in Nutrition. Her past healthcare experiences include being a Clinical Inpatient RD at Bingham Memorial Hospital. Now she is an Adjunct Professor in Nutrition at BYUI as well as a WIC Manager for Eastern Idaho Public Health. She has lived anywhere and everywhere since her father was in the Air Force. She then moved to Rexburg once her father retired. In her free time Shannon loves to read, have family fun time, hike, travel, and is also a chocolate enthusiast.
