Primary care

• Health education: this program focuses on improving the quality of life and reducing the costs spent on medical treatments. Health education involves programs designed to educate, engage and empower individuals to create healthy habits and reduce the risk of chronic diseases and other ailments in the future.

• Disease prevention: through our educational resources, research, preventative checkups, and treatment, we assist the public in avoiding and treating diseases through free or discounted sources.

• Treatment of routine and chronic illnesses: we treat patients with routine or chronic illnesses that do not require immediate medical attention.

• Counselings: this counsel is designed to prevent, identify and treat a wide range of ailments. If we can’t help you, we will forward you to a specialist who can, at a discounted price.

  Women

• Well women exam: includes health history, physical exam, pap and HPV testing if needed.

• Premarital exam: schedule two months prior to the wedding date if possible. Health history and physical exam, birth control discussion if desired, and brief counseling session is included.

mental healTh

Mental Health Services are defined as assessments, diagnoses, treatments or counseling in a professional relationship to assist an individual or group in alleviating mental or emotional illness, symptoms, conditions or disorders.

Physical Therapy

Physical therapy involves improving mobility and pain management. A physical therapist helps address back and neck injuries, sprains, strains, and fractures, arthritis, amputations, neurological disorders, such as stroke or cerebral palsy, injuries related to work and sports, and other similar conditions.

Routine acute care

Acute care is a branch of secondary healthcare where a patient receives active but short-term treatment for an injury or episode of illness, an urgent medical condition, or during recovery from surgery.

STI/HIV testing and counseling

We provide information, testing, counseling, and outside resources to address any STI or HIV concerns or needs you may have. Our testing covers Syphilis and similar infections. When preparing for an STI testing appointment, please come hydrated and do not use the bathroom at least one hour prior to the appointment. Doing this allows for our provider to get an accurate sample.

Referral

If we can’t help you, we’ll connect you to someone else who can. We have been able to secure discounts at other clinics and labs that can help patients requiring further care that might be out of our scope.
